April 25, 26 and 28 are the only dates that we have available for Jersey pick up. If you are not able to make one of these dates, please send someone else instead. Make sure they know what size your child is. Bringing your child or children to make sure their Jersey will fit is a great idea.
Please make sure that you have a volunteer deposit cheque ready to give. You will NOT get a jersey without giving a volunteer cheque. Please make the cheque out to F.S.M.S.A and post date the cheque for July 1, 2018. Please place your child or children's name in the memo section. It will make it easier for out sports coordinator to find the correct cheque when it comes time to shred.
People who have volunteered for this season or have opted out of volunteering have been sent an email. Please bring that email with you so you wont have to give a deposit. If you do not have that email you will be expected to give a volunteer deposit.
