Fort Saskatchewan Soccer (FSS) is a not for profit, volunteer driven organization dedicated to providing all children & youth within the City of Fort Saskatchewan and surrounding areas, a quality soccer program. As one of two original member sports, of the Fort Saskatchewan Minor Sports Association, FSS has continuously strived to deliver both indoor and outdoor soccer activities.
FSS offers two platforms for both indoor and outdoor programs: The Arsenal Soccer Program for kids playing in the under 11 to 19 age levels (U11 to U19), and the Timbits Soccer Program for kids playing in the under 3 to 9 age levels (U3 to U9). All FSS participants are encouraged to have fun and support each other both on and off the field/pitch, regardless of any differences of experience in soccer and/or lifestyle or backgrounds as a whole.
It is the philosophy of FSS, to create an environment where participants learn skill development, sportsmanship, positive attitude and respect for themselves, other participants and officials. FSS endeavours to be an inclusive program, in which sportsmanship and fair play are promoted within the games and structured practice sessions, and where intolerance, bullying and discrimination or shaming of any sort is never acceptable.
